What utilities are included in my lease?
Rent includes water.

What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Lee Hardware is a pet friendly community.  We do not have weight restrictions but we do have some Breed Restrictions.  We charge a non-refundable $300 pet fee as well as a refundable $200 pet deposit. We ask that pets be kenneled when resident not at home.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Please contact the office for Income Restrictions.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good clean move-in condition with no damages beyond normal wear-and-tear, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 12 month lease. We do not offer short term leases.

Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any Resident furniture, clothing or other personal property.  Residents are hereby strongly advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.

Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
Currently we do not offer furnished apartment. We do have a rental company we can refer you to.  

If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer a 24-Hour emergency maintenance services available via our website. Or you can call the office at 318/222-0106 and follow the instructions for after hours emergencies.

When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay online via our Resident Portal or you can drop your payment in the drop located on the 2nd floor near the elevator.

What day am I liable for a late charge?
A late fee of $ 50.00 will be assessed to rental payments made after the 3rd day of each month.

Do you have parking?
We offer free off street parking

Does the property have a swimming pool?
Yes, we offer a pool with clubhouse and barbecue pits along with an on-site health club.
